Akira Tachibana who works at Kinoshita Foundry can not love other people because of the trauma of being molested by his boss Kinoshita, who has been like a father to Akira since Akira was little. Akira gives detective Fukuda a blow job in exchange of money when he is not working at the Foundry. The melting iron, simple hard work… Akira has been living a meaningless life. One day, when Akira is driving his motorcycle, he hits a woman wearing a red dress at a tunnel. He brings back the unconscious woman to his apartment and takes care of her, but when she wakes up, she runs off from his place without a word. This is the moment Akira meets Kaori Yamamoto.
Yoshihiko Matsui
Born in 1956, Yoshihiko Matsui worked with indie icon Sogo Ishii on his early films, including the seminal 1980 biker pic “Kuruizaki Thunder Road (Crazy Thunder Road).” In 1979, Matsui made his debut film, “Rusty Can (Sabita Akikan)” about a gay-love triangle. Then in 1988, Matsui released “Noisy Requiem (Tsuito no Zawameki),” a film five years in the making. The film roused a storm of controversy. Matsui did not make another film for two decades, for reasons he prefers not to discuss. He is a member of „Directors Guild of Japan“ and „Nippon Academy-Sho Association“.
