The Day’s Mother, the Night’s End – Anna Zalevskaya

This lilting and intimate film-poem weaves fragments of daily life, dreams, and memories into a kaleidoscopic reverie on cinema, desire, and feminine legacy. Like a diary, the camera gifted by the filmmaker’s mother makes the ordinary shimmer, while its gaze returns to the women who have shaped the filmmaker’s worldview.
