Justine Bauer
Justine Bauer grew up on an ostrich farm in Germany. She studied fine arts at the HGB Leipzig and then feature film directing and screenwriting at the KHM Cologne.
Milch ins Feuer is both Justine Bauer’s graduation film and her debut film.
She is currently receiving a research grant from the Filmbüro NW for her second film Die Kälte brennender Fichten (the cold of burning spruces). She is also currently working with Semih Korhan Güner on the script for his debut film which is funded by the Film- und Medienstiftung NRW. Her dog is called Bruno and also appears in the film.
