Fran, a boy whose father left when he was still a baby, tries to find out where his father is and why he left. When he was seven years old, he made a pact with his mother that he would learn the whole truth about his father once he turned fourteen. As he impatiently awaits that fateful birthday, Fran, with the help of friends and family, attempts to piece together an image of his father from the few fragments of information he has.
Luna J. Stamenković was born in Belgrade, Serbia. After moving to Croatia, shecompleted her undergraduate studies in Film and Media Arts in Split. During her undergraduate studies, she worked as a photographer at the Croatian National Theatre. She is currently pursuing an MA degree in Film, Media Arts, and Animation. She participated in two group exhibitions, “Process”, with the works “SveStrano” (2024) and “Shiny Little Things” (2025). Her film “How to Grow a Human” was screened at several festivals in Croatia and abroad, while the film “Malen” won first place at the SEA-EU FilmFestival. Inaddition to narrative filmmaking, she works in animation and theatre lighting.
