Andrea Nevi (Foligno, 1985) is a Florence-based filmmaker, video artist, and psychologist. As an artist, he explores various approaches, with a focus on analog filmmaking processes, particularly small-gauge formats like Super 8mm and the practice of recovering found footage. His works have been selected for international festivals, including the Other Venice Film Festival (USA), Flicker – The Official Selection promoted by Cambridge Super 8 Group (UK), and the Italian Contemporary Film Festival (Canada), and hosted in museums such as Milan’s Hangar Bicocca, the Centro Cultural Borges in Buenos Aires, and the Armenian Center for Contemporary Experimental Art.
