Sanja Grbin
Sanja Grbin (Split, HR) graduated in Comparative Literature and General Linguistics from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb. She is a co-founder of the 25 FPS Festival, dedicated to experimental, innovative, and artists’ film and video, where she worked as a film programmer and producer from 2005 to 2018, and continues to contribute informally as an advisor for expanded cinema and audiovisual performances. She has curated programs for festivals and arthouse cinemas in Zagreb and other Croatian cities, and campaigned for Croatian experimental film at European and international events. She also served as an artistic advisor for experimental film production at the Croatian Audiovisual Centre, the national agency for the audiovisual sector. From 2019 to 2023, she was engaged in the Local Action Group LAG 5, dedicated to rural development and EU funding. Since 2024, she has been part of the team at the Multimedia Cultural Centre in Split, where she heads the audiovisual programme.
